FAQ

Hubify is an independent community directory for Roblox and Discord groups. People use hubifyrblx.com to discover groups, list their own community, bump listings, and apply to programs like Hubify Alliance. Hubify is not Roblox, not Discord, and not a Robux shop.

No. Hubify is a third-party platform. We are not owned by Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc. We use their official sign-in and public APIs so you can prove group ownership and keep listings up to date. Always check that you are on hubifyrblx.com before signing in.

No. Hubify never asks for your Roblox password, Discord password, 2FA / backup codes, Robux, gift cards, or account recovery emails. Sign-in happens on Discord’s or Roblox’s own login pages. If anyone claiming to be Hubify staff DMs you asking for those things, it is not us — report it.

You sign in with Discord OAuth. That sends you to Discord’s official login, then Discord tells Hubify your public account info (such as username, avatar, and user ID) so we can create a session. We do not see or store your Discord password. Optional Roblox linking also uses official Roblox OAuth.

We store the Discord profile you authorize, optional Roblox account/group info from official APIs, listing content you submit, and basic site analytics. Shop purchases use payment processors — we do not store raw card or bank details. We do not sell personal information. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

The official website is https://hubifyrblx.com. The official Discord invite is https://discord.gg/hAWqBHSvx. The official Roblox community is Hubify Hub. Bookmark those. Do not trust look-alike domains, random Discord servers, or DMs that ask you to “verify” by sending a password or code.

Group owners (or authorized staff) submit a listing while signed in. New listings and many edits go through Hubify review before they go live. We may reject listings that break our rules, impersonate others, or look unsafe. Listing on Hubify does not mean Roblox or Discord endorsed that group.

Credits are Hubify’s own site currency used for optional promotions and rewards on hubifyrblx.com. They are not Robux, not Discord Nitro, and not real-world cash. Staff will never DM you asking you to send Robux or credits to “unlock” an account.

You must be at least 13 years old, matching our Terms of Service and Discord’s age rules. Hubify is a community directory, not a place to trade accounts or contact minors privately.

Do not click their links or send them codes. Report the account on Discord or Roblox, then contact Hubify staff from hubifyrblx.com/contact or through a ticket in our official Discord. Include screenshots and the fake username or URL.

Use the Support page on this site, email [email protected], or open a ticket in the official Hubify Discord. We will not ask you to move the conversation to a personal DM to “verify your account.” Typical email replies take 24–48 hours.
