Terms of Service

Introduction

This document, issued by Hubify ("we", "us", "Hubify", "our") provides information about all of the rules and terms that must be followed at all times whenever you are visiting our website registered under — hubifyrblx.com (domain, website) or our Discord Server under all invite codes leading to our community ("Discord", "Communications server").

General Information

• 1.1 — All services provided by Hubify are accessible to anyone who is 13 years old or older.
• 1.2 — If you are between 13 and the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction of residence, you must have the permission of your parent or legal guardian to use our services. By using Hubify, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms of Service on your behalf.
• 1.3 — We reserve the right to restrict your access to our services at any time. We can: issue a warning; terminate your account; issue a temporary ban; issue a permanent ban.
• 1.4 — The user has the right to be informed about the reason for access restrictions to our services.

Website Usage

• 2.1 — The website must be used with a serious intention; trolling and unprofessional behaviour are not allowed and will result in consequences.
• 2.2 — If you discover any issues with our website, please report them to us using community support or a ticket.
• 2.3 — Misusing any issues/bugs is not allowed, and your access to our services might be restricted.
• 2.4 — Users agree not to use Hubify to distribute malware, engage in spam, promote illegal activities, or upload abusive, harassing, or content that violates the rights of others.
• 2.5 — Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or bypass our security measures and API limits is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

Account Usage

• 3.1 — One Hubify account may be used by only one person at a time; account sharing is not allowed.
• 3.2 — The account is validly signed into Hubify when the user links their Discord/Roblox account successfully.
• 3.3 — Alternative accounts are not allowed. If we identify that a user is using multiple accounts to bypass our limits, the user will be restricted from creating additional accounts, and the existing accounts will be terminated.

Data Privacy & Collection

• 4.1 — By linking your account and verifying with Hubify, you consent to the collection of specific profile data. You agree to share your Discord username, avatar, profile banner, and a list of the Discord servers you are a part of.
• 4.2 — We are also authorised to collect information regarding your Roblox account, including your Roblox username, the Roblox groups you are a member of, and the Roblox groups you own.
• 4.3 — Users maintain the right to request the deletion of their account and all associated collected data at any time by contacting our support team. See also our Privacy Policy.

Submission Process

• 5.1 — Each user is allowed to submit for free of charge: 1 server submission per account. Payment for any other submissions will be announced within our Communications Server (Discord).
• 5.2 — The user automatically accepts the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Submission Terms by submitting a post.
• 5.3 — The user must provide accurate information on the submission form.
• 5.4 — By default, our Hubify Bot will notify the user about the submission process. Those notifications can be disabled within the account settings. We reserve the right to contact the user via the bot if no other method is possible.
• 5.5 — We reserve the right to reject your submission for a specified reason; detailed terms are listed within our Submission Terms. If your group is rejected, you will be informed via our Hubify Bot with a proper reason.
• 5.6 — We reserve the right to use Hubify Bot to contact any member of our server for any reason.
• 5.7 — Hubify respects the intellectual property rights of others. Users must not submit visual assets, text, or content that infringes on the copyrights or trademarks of third parties.
• 5.8 — If you believe that your copyright-protected work has been posted on Hubify without authorisation, please contact our support team. We reserve the right to remove or disable access to infringing material and to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

User Content & Licensing

• 6.1 — By submitting a server or group, you guarantee that you have the administrative authority and legal right to share the server information and visual assets provided.
• 6.2 — By uploading, linking, or otherwise providing any content to Hubify (including but not limited to icons, banners, gallery images, logos, screenshots, text, descriptions, and other visual or creative assets), you grant Hubify a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publicly display, publicly perform, distribute, and otherwise use that content in connection with operating, improving, and promoting the Services.
• 6.3 — Without limiting Section 6.2, you acknowledge and agree that Hubify may use your submitted images and assets in Hubify's own advertising, marketing, social media, press, partner materials, and similar promotional contexts (online or offline), including featuring your community listing as an example of the Services.
• 6.4 — To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive (and agree not to assert) any claim that Hubify's exercise of the license in Sections 6.2–6.3 infringes your copyright, publicity, or related rights, and you agree not to revoke that license solely to prevent Hubify from continuing ordinary platform or promotional uses of content already published through the Services. You retain ownership of your content; Hubify does not claim ownership of your underlying intellectual property.
• 6.5 — If you remove a listing or delete an account, Hubify will stop featuring that content in new materials where reasonably practicable, but may retain copies in backups, logs, caches, and previously published promotional materials for a commercially reasonable period.

Discord Server

• 7.1 — The only official server providing the service offered by Hubify ROBLOX is owned by NICOZZ06 (Discord ID: 415551166118756353) & 1_oscarr (Discord ID: 789338100185694219).
• 7.2 — Creating a "fan base" or any kind of copies of our communications server is not allowed without proper authorisation.
• 7.3 — Each user is required to follow the regulations of the Discord server and Terms of Service, even without a proper acknowledgement. Lack of awareness of the rules does not excuse users from responsibility for violations.
• 7.4 — Each channel must be used properly according to its description.
• 7.5 — Any suspicious activity must be immediately reported to our Community Safety Team.
• 7.6 — Exposing any private information of any user or yourself is not allowed, and you will be restricted from accessing our communications server.

Payment for Services

• 8.1 — Payment Processing: All transactions made through the Hubify shop are handled by secure third-party payment processors. Hubify does not directly collect or store your sensitive financial information. By making a purchase, you also agree to be bound by the Terms of Service of the respective payment processor.
• 8.2 — Digital Nature of Goods: All products, virtual roles, perks, and services offered by Hubify are strictly digital and intangible. They hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• 8.3 — All Sales are Final (No Refund Policy): Due to the instant delivery and intangible nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Once a digital product or service is delivered or applied to your account, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. By finalising your purchase, you explicitly consent to the immediate delivery of your digital content, thereby waiving any statutory rights of withdrawal or "cooling-off" periods applicable in your jurisdiction (such as those in the EU or UK).
• 8.4 — Chargebacks & Payment Disputes: Attempting to bypass our refund policy by filing an unauthorised chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, credit card company, or PayPal is strictly prohibited. Any account found initiating a fraudulent or unauthorised chargeback will be subject to an immediate and permanent ban from all Hubify services, and the associated digital goods will be revoked.
• 8.5 — Rule Violations & Forfeiture: If your Hubify account or linked Discord account is restricted, suspended, or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you will immediately lose access to all purchased digital goods or active subscriptions. You will not be entitled to any refund, prorated credit, or compensation for the lost access.
• 8.6 — Pricing & Taxes: Hubify reserves the right to adjust the prices of our products and services at any time without prior notice. You are entirely responsible for paying any applicable local taxes, Value Added Tax (VAT), or currency conversion fees associated with your purchase at checkout.

Platform Compliance

• 9.1 — Hubify is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc.
• 9.2 — By using our services, users also agree to be bound by the official Roblox Terms of Use and the Discord Terms of Service.

Hubify Branding

• 10.1 — Hubify Branding is fully owned by Hubify, and users may not use our branding for their personal/commercial purposes without proper permissions.
• 10.2 — Designs created by Hubify represent us and our brand. Stealing or copying the formats is not allowed, and your account will be restricted.
• 10.3 — Copying parts from a website or other platforms is not allowed.

Identity of Hubify

• 11.1 — Disclaimer of Warranties: Hubify services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure.
• 11.2 — Limitation of Liability: Hubify shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services (including, but not limited to, lost data, server bans, or lost community members).
• 11.3 — Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Hubify harmless from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from your violation of these Terms of Service or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• 12.1 — These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
• 12.2 — Any legal action or proceeding related to Hubify shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and by using our services, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Service Modifications & Uptime

• 13.1 — We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of our services with or without notice.
• 13.2 — Hubify is not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service. This includes disruptions, downtime, or data loss caused by third-party platforms, including but not limited to Discord Inc. and Roblox Corporation.
