Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Hubify Corporation ("we", "us", "Hubify", "our") websites, apps, Discord bot, Discord community, and related services (the "Services"). Our primary website is hubifyrblx.com and related Hubify domains (including legacy domains such as hubifyrbx.xyz and their subdomains).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

"Hubify Corporation" is the name of our community project and is not a registered company or corporation. These Terms still bind your use of the Services.

2. Eligibility & enforcement

• 2.1 — The Services are for users aged 13 or older (and older if Discord, Roblox, or your local law require it).
• 2.2 — We may warn, temporarily ban, permanently ban, terminate accounts, remove content, or otherwise restrict access for Terms or policy violations, security risk, or abuse.
• 2.3 — Where reasonably practicable, we will inform you of the reason for a restriction (for example via Discord bot message or staff communication).
• 2.4 — You must also follow Discord's and Roblox's terms and community guidelines when using those platforms with Hubify.

3. Website & service usage

• 3.1 — Use the Services in good faith. Harassment, scams, impersonation, spam, hate, illegal activity, and unprofessional trolling are prohibited.
• 3.2 — Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, reverse engineer for attack purposes, bypass rate limits/security, or exploit bugs. Report security or product issues via Discord or [email protected].
• 3.3 — Do not misuse staff tools, OAuth apps, support tickets, or API access.
• 3.4 — Features may change, break, or be discontinued without notice. Beta features are provided as-is.

4. Accounts

• 4.1 — One Hubify account may be used by only one person. Account sharing is not allowed.
• 4.2 — Sign-in is via Discord OAuth only. You may optionally link a Roblox account and connect Discord/Roblox groups for listings and ownership verification. Linking does not replace Discord as the sign-in method.
• 4.3 — We may automatically add you to the official Hubify Discord guild on sign-in when that feature is enabled. We will not add you to unrelated servers. You can leave the guild through Discord.
• 4.4 — Alternative accounts used to evade bans, limits, referrals, or restrictions are prohibited and may result in termination of related accounts.
• 4.5 — You are responsible for activity under your Discord-linked Hubify account. Keep Discord and Roblox credentials secure.
• 4.6 — You may delete your Hubify account in Settings, subject to residual data limitations described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Listings, marketplace, alliances & content

• 5.1 — Free listing allowances and paid/promotional options (including credits-based bumps or promotions) may change over time as shown in the product UI.
• 5.2 — By submitting content (group listings, marketplace posts, alliance applications, blog content, bug reports, uploads, or similar), you confirm it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have rights to submit it.
• 5.3 — You grant Hubify a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your submitted content as needed to operate and promote the Services.
• 5.4 — We may reject, edit visibility of, soft-archive, or remove submissions for any reason consistent with these Terms (including incomplete ownership consent, policy violations, or quality standards). Where possible, we notify you via the Hubify bot or in-product status.
• 5.5 — Ownership-consent flows may require confirmation from Discord/Roblox owners before a listing enters review. Staff may override consent in limited moderation cases as described in staff tools.
• 5.6 — Marketplace posts may expire automatically. Do not post scams, stolen work claims, or prohibited payment schemes.
• 5.7 — Alliance applications and other free-text submissions may be reviewed by staff and should not include unnecessary personal data of third parties.
• 5.8 — Bot/in-app notifications about submissions can be limited in Settings where available; we may still contact you for safety or delivery of essential service notices.

6. Credits, referrals & virtual benefits

• 6.1 — Hubify credits and similar balances are virtual benefits for use inside the Services (for example promotions, rewards, or features shown in the UI). They have no cash value outside Hubify unless we expressly state otherwise.
• 6.2 — Redeem codes, referrals, rewards, and promotions are subject to published rules, abuse checks, and change or revocation for fraud/error.
• 6.3 — Referral attribution may use a cookie and is generally locked to the first valid attribution for an account.
• 6.4 — We may adjust balances, reverse fraudulent transactions, or disable credit features to protect the economy and users.

7. Payments (if offered)

• 7.1 — Only purchases made through Hubify's official sale channels are recognized. Payments made elsewhere are invalid and Hubify is not responsible for loss.
• 7.2 — Purchases are generally non-transferable between Hubify accounts.
• 7.3 — Except where required by law or where Hubify failed to deliver a paid digital benefit after successful payment through an official channel, payments are final and non-refundable.
• 7.4 — If an official paid benefit is not delivered after successful payment, contact support for billing assistance.
• 7.5 — Third-party payment processors (if used) have their own terms; Hubify does not control those processors' systems.

8. Discord community

• 8.1 — The official Hubify Discord community is the server operated by the Hubify project owners (including the server associated with Discord user ID 705478406258688000 / mqatts, as historically designated). Unofficial copycat communities are not authorized Hubify services.
• 8.2 — Creating unauthorized fan/copy Discord servers that impersonate Hubify is prohibited.
• 8.3 — Server channel rules and staff instructions apply in addition to these Terms. Lack of awareness is not an excuse.
• 8.4 — Do not dox, share private information, or misuse tickets/DMs.
• 8.5 — Report suspicious activity to moderation promptly.

9. Developer OAuth apps

• 9.1 — If you create or use Hubify OAuth applications, you must only request necessary scopes, secure client secrets, and use data only for the stated purpose and user consent.
• 9.2 — We may revoke apps or tokens that abuse the platform or endanger users.

10. Branding & intellectual property

• 10.1 — Hubify branding, logos, UI designs, and site content are owned by Hubify / its contributors and may not be used for personal or commercial purposes without permission.
• 10.2 — Copying Hubify site layouts, assets, or branding to impersonate Hubify is prohibited and may result in account restriction.
• 10.3 — You retain ownership of your submitted content, subject to the license in Section 5.

11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

• 11.1 — The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• 11.2 — Hubify is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord Inc. or Roblox Corporation except as a user of their platforms.
• 11.3 — To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hubify and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for losses arising from Discord/Roblox outages, user content, third-party apps, or unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
