1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Hubify Corporation ("we", "us", "Hubify", "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use our websites, apps, Discord bot, Discord community, and related services (together, the "Services"). Our primary website is hubifyrblx.com and related Hubify domains (including legacy domains such as hubifyrbx.xyz and their subdomains).

"Hubify Corporation" is the name of our community project and is not a registered company or corporation. Hubify is operated as a community service for the Roblox and Discord ecosystems. This Policy still describes how we handle your data in practice.

• You sign in with Discord. You may optionally link a Roblox account and Discord/Roblox groups.
• We store account data, listings, marketplace posts, credits activity, referrals, support tickets, moderation records, and product analytics.
• We use cookies for login sessions, referral attribution, optional site analytics, and basic UI preferences. See our Cookie Policy on /legal#cookie-policy.
• Staff with Discord-synced permissions can access user and content data to operate and moderate the Services.
• You can delete your Hubify account from Settings. Complete erasure from backups, logs, Discord, and Roblox is not always possible.

• Directly from you (forms, settings, uploads, Discord tickets, email)
• From Discord and Roblox APIs when you sign in, link accounts, connect groups, or trigger features that call those platforms
• Automatically from your browser/device (cookies, logs, analytics)
• From staff tools when moderating or assisting accounts
• From scheduled jobs (crons) that refresh member counts, send reminders, or notify staff

• Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services
• Authenticate users and maintain sessions
• Display public profiles and approved listings; power search, bumps, promotions, trending, and owner analytics
• Process ownership consent, group review, marketplace, alliances, and beta programs
• Run credits, referrals, rewards, and promotions
• Send Discord DMs/notifications related to your account or content
• Provide support and store ticket transcripts for quality and safety
• Enforce Terms, investigate abuse, and apply bans/warnings
• Measure usage and diagnose technical issues
• Enable Hubify OAuth for apps you authorize
• Comply with legal obligations and protect rights and safety

We do not sell personal information. We may use product analytics and paid listing promotions inside Hubify to surface content; that is not third-party advertising of your personal data.

6. Sharing & third parties

We share information only as needed to run the Services:

• Discord — login, guild membership/roles, bot messaging, tickets, webhooks, and community features
• Roblox — account linking, group ownership checks, member counts, and media/thumbnails
• Google Analytics — optional website analytics when enabled
• Hosting / infrastructure — servers, CDN, DNS, and related providers that process data to deliver the site (for example hosting, Cloudflare-style CDN/WAF, or similar)
• Staff moderators — authorized Discord-role staff who can view user records, logs, tickets, credits, listings, and other admin data needed to operate Hubify
• OAuth app developers — only the data you authorize for that app
• Public visitors — content you make public (profiles, approved listings, blog posts, etc.)
• Law enforcement or others when required by law or to protect safety and integrity of the Services

Discord and Roblox remain independent platforms with their own privacy policies. Data stored on those platforms is controlled by them.

7. Cookies & similar technologies

We use essential cookies for authentication, a referral cookie for attribution, optional analytics cookies, and limited UI preference cookies. Details are in the Cookie Policy on /legal#cookie-policy.

8. Retention

• Account and content data are kept while your account exists and as needed afterward for safety, dispute, or legal reasons
• Many non-audit activity logs are cleaned on a short schedule (approximately several days); certain audit/moderation logs may be kept longer
• Marketplace posts are designed to expire after a limited period
• Soft-archived group listings are hidden from public/review surfaces but may remain in our systems
• Session cookies last for the configured session lifetime (typically up to about 30 days)
• Referral cookies typically last about 30 days

9. Your choices & account deletion

• Update linked accounts and notification preferences in Settings
• Unlink Roblox where the product allows
• Delete your Hubify account from Settings (self-serve). Staff may also delete accounts in limited cases
• Revoke Discord or Roblox access to Hubify from those platforms' authorized applications settings
• Contact support for access/correction requests where self-serve options are insufficient

Account deletion removes your Hubify user record and cascaded related data where our database relationships allow. It may not remove: orphaned logs, uploaded files on disk, Discord ticket channels/messages, Discord/Roblox-side data, backups, or content already shared publicly or with third-party OAuth apps. We currently do not offer a full automated data-export download; you may request assistance by email.

10. Children

The Services are intended for users aged 13 and older (and older where Discord, Roblox, or local law require it). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided data, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (including authenticated sessions, access-controlled staff tools, and infrastructure hardening). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

12. California residents

Under California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code §1798.83), California residents may request, once per calendar year and at no charge, certain information about personal information disclosed to third parties for those parties' direct marketing purposes. Hubify does not sell personal information for direct marketing. To submit a request, email support with sufficient account identifiers.

If you are under 18, reside in California, and have a Hubify account, you may request removal of content you publicly posted. Include your Discord username and a statement of California residency. We will take reasonable steps to stop public display; complete deletion from all systems (including backups) is not guaranteed.

13. EEA / UK rights

If GDPR/UK GDPR applies to you, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us to exercise these rights. We may need to verify your identity (typically via your Discord-linked Hubify account).

We do not use your personal data for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant automated decisions about you. Limited automated processing may occur for security (rate limits), content ranking surfaces, and operational jobs. A full machine-readable portability export is not currently available self-serve; ask support if you need a copy of specific account data.

14. International processing

We and our processors may process data in countries other than where you live. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations.

15. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you acknowledge the updated Policy.
