Submission Terms

Introduction

This document, issued by Hubify (“we”, “us”, “Hubify”, “our”) provides information about all of the rules and terms that must be followed at all times whenever you are submitting a new Group under hubifyrblx.com or our Discord server.

General Information

1. 1.1 — Group names must be unique. If your exact community name is already taken, add a minor variation.
2. 1.2 — Names must be short, simple, and plain text only. Emojis, text symbols, tags, or fragments of your description are not allowed.
3. 1.3 — Descriptions must fit within the 250-character limit and cannot contain any external links.
4. 1.4 — Communities based on third-party games are required to append the game's name or abbreviation to the end of their title. Examples include: (ERLC) or (PTFS).

Categorisation (Tags)

1. 2.1 — You may put up to 5 tags that accurately represent the core focus of your community.
2. 2.2 — Do not use platform names such as “Roblox” or “Discord”, meaningless spam, or any tags that reference Hubify or Hubify Alliance. Those are reserved for staff.

Visual Assets

1. 3.1 — Logos and banners must be high-resolution PNG or JPEG. Low-quality or pixelated images will be rejected.
2. 3.2 — Visuals must be all-ages friendly, contain no adult content, and represent the community you are posting.

Links & Connections

1. 4.1 — Provide at least one direct, working Discord link to your community.
2. 4.2 — Discord links must be set to never expire. Dead or expired links get the listing deleted.

By using our services, you agree to these Submission Terms. A lack of awareness does not exempt you from consequences.
